Day 400

and I'm not feeling confident about wi tomorrow. I've been fairly good with my points and have come in at 5 over. I've managed to earn 28BP's through exercise this week. Managed to drink enough water every day. TOTM has been and gone. Had a SP on the scales this morning and it's showing a tiny gain. I am not happy at all and if I'm honest it's making me feel a little depressed.

I hope the scales change in the morning but I doubt they will. I seem to be quite stuck at the moment and it's taking so much will power not to raid the kitchen cupboards. All the snacks I've got are healthier options but if I start I'm likely to scoff the lot!

This is where I normally feel like saying 'fuck it' and give up. That would actually be quite easy to do right now. I'm not going to that though. I've come too far to go back. I don't want to get back to the state I was in before. I don't want to have to buy bigger clothes again. I'm going to persevere and try to stick with it. I'm going to drop my points by 2 a day from tomorrow and see if that helps. Maybe I'm eating too much. I don't know. All I can do is give it a go. I'll have a chat with my WW leader in the morning and see what she suggests.

  1. Fingers crossed for you hun. I know how frustrating it can be when you feel like you are getting nowhere.

    I was approaching that 'fuck it' stage last week until I had that little gain. Why not do the photo diary again? It really helped me this week to make better choices with my food.

    You're right though - you've come so far and you've totally inspired me to stick with it so don't go back!

    I'm sorry you're feeling down and finding it hard at the moment - I know what you mean about needing will power not to raid the cupboards, and that even if the snacks are healthy, you can have too much of a good thing.
    Hang in there Karon. You are so right that you've come so far and giving up now just isn't an option. Maybe your points do need a tweak, or maybe just dropping two for a week will give your losses a kick start again. Or try Linz's suggestion of the photo blog - definitely an effective tool.

  3. Thanks to you both. I'm definatly going to hang on in there but it's so bloody frustrating at times. With all the exercise that I do I thought the weight would be falling off! I will try the photo diary again and see how that goes, also dropping 2pts a day. Thanks again :o) x
