Day 401 - WI week 57

and the scales were kind and showed a loss of 1lb. Sometimes this is such hard bloody work!! If I hadn't of earnt 28 BP's last week does it mean I'd of gained? The amount of exercise I'm doing the weight should be falling off me but it's not! aaaaaaaaaaaaagggggggggghhhhhhhhhh. So annoying!!!

My ww leader said to drop 2pts off a day and see if that helps. So that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to eating 21 points a day this week. Well, at least try.

Have decided to do a food diary for the week which makes rather boring reading. Hopefully it'll help me stick at though. Only decided to do it late this afternoon so haven't got this mornings offerings.

My WW leader gave me a free WW breakfast bar to try so I had that for my breakfast (2pts).
Lunch, chicken (2pts) mixed salad, balsamic dressing (opt), WW nachos (1pt), ww toffee bar (1.5pts)
Had an early tea at 5.30 of more chicken (leftovers) (2.5pts), 200g potatoes, cooked with grated carrot and mashed with 1.5 laughing cow extra light (2.5pts), butternut squash wedges dry roasted in their skin, cabbage, broccoli and leeks. I added a little bit of gravy (1pt).

Then for dessert I had 3 tesco dutch breads (1pt), topped with 30g tesco extra low soft cheese mixed with canderel (1pt), 30g ww jam (1/2pt) and 100g of blueberries (1pt).

After tea I went to a different belly dancing class to normal. That's not on for a couple of weeks so thought I'd try the new class at Newmarket Leisure Centre. That was really good and I enjoyed it. I then went and used the aqua gym for 52 minutes followed by a 30 minute swim where I covered 30 lengths. In total I burnt 670 calories and earned 8.5 BP's.

When I got home I had a few points left and had 2 frozen Aunt Bessies pancakes (3pts) with 50g Walls light icecream (1.5pts) and 30g ww strawberry jam (1/2pt). That was very yummy and a lovely treat after my work out and all within my daily points allowance.

    I´m the same as you. Very often my mood depends on what the scales say. But I think that´s so wrong. You have done incredible! You are a real inspiration!
