I've been to water workout this evening and that was quite tough going tonight. We done a lot of leg and core muscle work. Didn't burn a high amount of calories but it was still good. I've got another class booked for lunch time tomorrow. I look forward to the classes and feel so much better when I come out.

Here's my food diary for today. I wasn't really hungry this morning and breakfast just consisted of a pear and an orange (1pt).
.Lunch was delicious. I had 2 WW bagel (4pts), 3 turkey rashers (1pt), 2 slices low fat cheese slices (1.5pts), tiny bit of sauce and extra low fat mayonnaise (1/2pt), dry fried onion and mushrooms, lettuce. That was soo nice. When I made it up I even cut the cheese into circles with a cup and then cut a hole in the middle with a bottle top! Just to make it look pretty. I also had a WW toffee bar (1.5pts).

Dinner was 1/4pack of Tesco extra lean minced steak (3pts) with tinned tomatoes, onions and carrots, 200g of potatoes (2pts), leeks, cabbage and broccoli. 2 WW eclairs (3pts).

Snacks 1 Alpen light bar (1pt), 1 packet of WW cheesy nachos (1pt).
