DAY 403 - Food Diary day 3

Third day in and things are still going well. Went to water workout with my friend this afternoon and burnt 300 calories. I spoke to Zita who does the workouts to ask for advice on what exercises to do to try to reduce my upper stomach. I'm now quite a weird shape and through the workouts my lower tummy, bum and legs have reduced in size and now my upper tummy sticks out. Zita gave me a few pointers so I'm going to work on those exercises to see if they'll help.

Forgot to mention yesterday that I had a NSV. I went food shopping and whilst in there saw an old friend and her mum. They both said 'wow, look at you, skinny minnie, don't you look good'. I said thank you and then gave the usual response that I've still got a long way to go yet. Why do we do that? LOL. Probably embarrassment. Still it was very nice to hear and made me feel good. :o)

Here's my food diary for the day, sorry it doesn't make very exciting reading.

Breakfast, WW bagel (2pts) with 10g low fat spread mixed with cinnamon (1pt).
.
Lunch, 4 slices nimble bread (3pts), 3 turkey rashers (1pt) sauce (1/2pt), sliced mushrooms, onions, tomatoes lettuce and cucumber.
.
Tea, WW chicken, leek and potato soup (1pt), mince left over from yesterday (3pts), 200g potato mashed with grated carrot and 1.5 extra low fat laughing cow (2.5pts), roasted butternut squash, green beans, broccoli and cabbage. Followed by the dutch crispbreads with blueberries that I had the other night. (3.5pts).

Snacks, WW hoops (1pt), alpen light bar (1pt).

Points today 19.5/21
.
Water drunk 1800ml.
.
Exercise water workout 58 minutes, 4BP's.

  1. Hiya hunnie !! Just popped by to say your food diary looks great. I really must get to a tesco or somewhere and get some decent ww foods. Im doing it all wrong at the moment and cannot stay within points ! Hope your ok darling. My feet haven't touched the ground of late. Will be good to catch up with you soon x x
