DAY 404 and 405 - food diary days 4 and 5

Food diary for Saturday - Sorry, boring reading.

Didn't have any breakfast. Lunch was 3 dutch crispbreads (1pt) and 3 laughing cow light (1pt) with sliced cucumber, WW hoops (1pt) and an Alpen light bar (1pt).
.
No picture for tea as we decided to go out to eat then go to the cinema to see Avatar. We went to the Harvester and I tried to be good. I had the chicken and bacon stack. chicken breast (2.5pts) small piece of gammon (2.5pts) topped with cheese, which I scrapped off and bbq sauce. A few boiled potatoes (1.5pts) and peas which I left. I also attacked the salad bar, coleslaw (3pts), dressing (2pts), 2 rolls (4pts), 2 small packets of butter (3pts).

When we got home 6 hours later I had the munchies and had an Alpen light bar (1pt), WW cheese bites (1pt) and white and a milk chocolate WW lolly (4pts).
.
Total of 28.5pts. Need to pull back 4.5pts. Not sure if I've pointed my meal out correctly but it's hard to do.

Food diary for Sunday

No breakfast again, got up rather late.
.
Lunch 4 nimble bread (3pts), tin of tuna (2pts) mixed with onion, peppers, cucumber, tomatoes and salad dressing (1pt), skips, (1.5pts), WW cheese bites (1pt), alpen light bar (1pt).
.
Tea - 50g Sainsburys be good to yourself roasted pepper houmous (1pt), carrots, pepper, pickled onion, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
.
Fish in butter sauce (2pts), coley steak (1pt), 200g potatoes cooked with grated carrots and mashed with 1.5 laughing cow light triangles (2.5pts). Roasted butternut squash with herbs and garlic salt, green beans, broccoli and leeks, WW eclair (1.5pts)
.
I had a snack of melba toast with the remainder of the tuna piled up on top (1pt), ww toffee bar (1.5pts) and then my son opened up a bar of galaxy and I had 5 squares for (2.5pts).

Now have a total of 6pts to pull back over the next couple of days. eeeeekkkkk, that's going to be tough going!
