Day 459 - WI week 65

As expected I had another gain of 2lbs this week. I'm actually quite pleased with that as I thought it was going to be so much more. I told my WW leader that I need a kick up the arse and she told me that she'd already ordered my 75lbs off certificate. I told her I'd already got one and she'd forgotten that I'd already reached that landmark. So once I reach it again she'll be giving me a 2nd one.

I'm pleased to say that I'm now firmly back on track and plan on staying there for the foreseeable future. The last few days I've even managed to bank 5 points for the weekend. That should come in handy as we're going to dinner at Tina's on Saturday. Really looking forward to that and I'm sure it'll be a lovely evening. Tonight I'm going to a belly dancing party in the village. That should be fun. I dare say we'll all be doing some dancing as a few other members from the classes are going along. Makes a change for a Friday evening. Boot sale time has now arrived and I'm planning on going to a couple on Saturday and 3 or 4 on Sunday to see what bargains can be found.

My gain this week hasn't bothered me too much and I'm feeling really positive for the week ahead. I done the initial test for the 200 sit up challenge yesterday. I managed to do 37 sit ups and I can really feel it on my tummy today. I'll be starting the programme on Monday. I should be earning a few BP's with the walking I'll be doing around the boot sales this weekend. I went to water workout yesterday and today and I'm booked in for 2 classes on Monday and 1 on Tuesday. Really enjoyed the last couple of work outs as the instructors have stepped it up a bit and are pushing us that little bit further. Felt really good coming away from class today and feel as though my upper tummy is reducing already. This is my problem area, my lower tummy has been getting smaller but my upper bit just sticks out. Maybe it'll tone a little bit in time for my holiday with Tina in 18 days.

    The 200 sit up challenge is a great idea. I was amazed at how quickly it gets easier - you'll be up to 200 in no time.
