I don't know how I managed it but the scales showed 3lbs off this week. That'll do nicely, thank you very much. I'm over the moon with that. :o))
I'd love to say that getting back on track has been easy, but the truth is, it's been bloody difficult. I only managed to stay on track for 4 days. For 2 of those I felt famished. The other 3 days I went quite a lot over points and give up with tracking.
I'm really missing my water aerobics classes too. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I'll be back in pool. It's been nearly 4 weeks since my van got hit up the back. On a good note the lady has admitted liability and I'm now waiting for a cheque to arrive. We managed to find another van at the weekend. It's 3 years newer than the old one which means that we've had a temporary daddy loan from my father in law. The pay out won't cover it all and it means we've got to dig a little bit deeper into our pockets. There's also an increase in insurance of £200 as it's changed catagory. All a bit of a pain in the arse really. You don't expect to have an accident and then it to cost you quite a bit. For now I've just been doing a bit of extra walking. I really should increase that too.
So the plan for this week is to track - correctly. Aim to drink 1500ml of water a day and to do a bit of gentle exercise. Hopefully I won't feel so famished and I intend to fill up on the filling foods.
