Russ took the day off work today to put a shed up in the garden. So this afternoon I was out in the garden helping him. It's now all done, fingers crossed the wind wont blow it down! I was also weeding the garden and trying to pull up all the grass that grows over the paving. I think I earned quite a few BP's there too. Hope to do lots more in the garden over the weekend.

Russ tried to get a bonfire going without success. I give it a go and it starts with one match. The fire has now been burning for the last 8 hours. How good am I? We've got so much wood in the garden to burn. My son Ryan has been chopping up kindling since the summer holidays and there's loads of off-cuts with stapels in to get rid of. Ryan's done quite well and is supplying a shop in Cambridge with kindling for the winter. They usually sell about 1200 bags so that should keep him busy for a little while. It's good that he's trying to earn himself some money.

I'm finding doing this picture food diary is really helping me to keep on track. You've only got 2 more days to put up with it.

Mixed together with 250g new potatoes 2.5pts, courgettes, leeks, peppers, spoon full of peas and sweetcorn 1/2pt, sprinkled with 5g hard cheese 1/2pt
DESSERT - 2 meringue nests 1.5pts, topped with a skinny cow caramel shortcake lolly 1.5pts and 2 pineapple rings 1/2pt.
