and I had a STS. I'm ok with that. TOTM appeared at the weekend and I had the munchies. I ended up eating most of the bonus points I earned throughout the week. Fingers crossed I'll have a loss next week.

I went out Friday evening and stuck to diet coke and stayed away from the buffet table. How good was that? :o) I had a busy Sunday afternoon helping my sister cut down, remove and dig out the hedge in her front garden so that my nephews car will fit in the garden. My legs and stomach muscles are still aching!

WI day is always weird food wise for me as I don't eat or drink anything before going to class. I leave home at 8.15 to take my son to college in Cambridge and then head to Newmarket for my meeting followed by a swim. I then head back to Cambridge, do a bit of shopping, meet my OH for lunch then pick my son up from college and finally get home about 3.15. I make my lunch before going out so I don't end up buying sandwiches from the shop.

mixed with red onion, red pepper, tomatoes, cucumber and 1tbs sweetcorn = 0pts
2tbsps tesco healthy living salad dressing 0.5pt
(All of this was for breakfast and lunch as well as a sarnie in the evening.)

The Hovis wheatgerm bread is 1pt for one slice, 1.5pt for 2 slices, 3.5pts for 4 slices. It's so much tastier than ww or nimble bread and you know you're having proper bread.
