DAY 674 WI wk 95

and I lost 1lb on my first week of the ProPoints Plan. Not fantastic but not bad considering the weekend I had. I'm more pleased with the fact that I've now lost weight 2 weeks running. I haven't managed to do that since February!! How bad is that? Let's hope I've broken the week to week cycle of having a loss then having a gain, then a gain and then a loss.

I've had my last physio session this week and I'm hoping my shoulder will get back to normal over the next few months. The physiotherapist has said that the more water aerobics and belly dancing I do then the stronger it should get. I do hope that will be the case. I'm now back to doing 6 water workouts a week (was doing 7) and doing a 90 minute belly dancing class.

Really looking forward to Saturday as me and Tina are getting on a train to London and meeting up with the lovely Linz and delightful Sarah. We've not got any set plans as of yet. What ever we decide to do I dare say that there'll be plenty of chatting, some good food, the occasional drink and lots of laughs. I can't wait!! :o) xxx
